Easy Dairy-free Pesto

I have love for Dairy, but this cuerpesito is not happy with me when I consume it, so I had to whip up a batch of Pesto that was Dairy-free but still tasted amazing.

Let’s make it!


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/3 cup of pine nuts

  • 1tbs of nutritional yeast

  • 1/2 lemon juiced

  • 1/4 cup of Extra virgin Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend, blend, blend. Just like that, you are done!
Use this pesto on a pasta salad or a turkey pesto sandwich.
